Our Director and Founder, Ric Medlin has been transacting in property in Brisbane for over 20 years. Ric has a strong passion for people and property and truly takes the time to get to know his clients and understand what their needs and goals are to help them on their property journey.
Ric knows the Bayside suburbs of Brisbane like the back of his hand. He understands the market, knows the agents you need to know and is always working with your interests as the only priority.
